Steve Rendle

Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer

Steve Rendle is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at 鲍鱼直播 Corporation. He has more than 35 years of experience in the specialty outdoor and action sports industry, more than half of which have been with 鲍鱼直播.

Steve was appointed CEO in January 2017 and then Chairman of 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Board of Directors in October 2017. Prior to being named CEO, he was President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all of 鲍鱼直播's business coalitions worldwide: Outdoor and Action Sports, Jeanswear, Imagewear and Sportswear. He also was responsible for 鲍鱼直播's Global Supply Chain and Direct-to-Consumer platforms.

Prior to becoming President and COO, Steve was Senior Vice President, Americas, and was responsible for driving strategies to support 鲍鱼直播's continued growth in its Americas-based businesses. Previously, Steve spent three years as Group President, Outdoor and Action Sports Americas, leading 鲍鱼直播's Outdoor and Action Sports businesses in North and South America. He also served as President of 鲍鱼直播's Outdoor Americas coalition, where he oversaw The North Face庐, JanSport庐, Eagle Creek庐 and lucy庐 brands, as well as business development for the coalition.

Steve began his 鲍鱼直播 career with The North Face in 1999 and shortly afterward was promoted to Vice President of Sales, where he worked to reshape the business' sales organization, product and marketing strategies, and go-to-market model. In 2004, Steve was appointed President of The North Face brand, a role he held for seven years. Under Steve鈥檚 leadership, the brand expanded globally and experienced considerable growth from $483 million in 2004 to $1.6 billion in 2011.

Before joining The North Face, Steve held leading sales management roles at Youngone Corporation and at W.L. Gore and Associates.

Steve serves on the Board of Directors of Best Buy and the Retail Industry Leaders Association. He is a founding board member of the Outdoor Industry Association's Outdoor Foundation and has served in an advisory capacity to Bainbridge Graduate Institute where he provided insight into its creation of a Master of Business Administration program with a focused concentration on sustainability. In 2018, Steve was named CEO of the Year by Corporate Responsibility Magazine for his progressive environmental, social and governance agenda.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Washington.

Velia Carboni

Executive Vice President, Chief Digital & Technology Officer

Velia Carboni is Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at 鲍鱼直播 Corporation. She has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles.

Currently, Velia is responsible for the integration of world-class digital capabilities across all aspects of the company鈥檚 business, including 鲍鱼直播, its brands and functions globally. In addition, she leads the company鈥檚 digital strategies to create meaningful connections and experiences for consumers and drive growth across all consumer touch points. Velia also oversees 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Analytics function.

Velia joined 鲍鱼直播 in early 2018, following a 24-year career at Fidelity Investments where she held a series of leadership roles. Velia most recently served as Senior Vice President, Mobile and Emerging Platforms for the company鈥檚 Personal Investing/Retail Division, where she oversaw the strategy and development of mobile apps for smartphones, tablets, wearables and emerging platforms, among others, and helped lead the company鈥檚 Mobile First digital experience. With a keen focus on innovation, Velia helped identify and address new digital trends by creating scalable, customer-centric experiences and capabilities for new platforms.

Previously Velia was Vice President, Mobile at Fidelity where she led all facets of mobile product development and expanded the company鈥檚 mobile program offerings, including building a mobile program for the company鈥檚 retail division. From 1993 to 2006, she also held positions in product management, finance and business analysis during her tenure with Fidelity. She began her career with Bull HN Information Systems, Inc., in 1992.

Velia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University. Velia is a member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Cameron Bailey

Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain

Cameron Bailey is Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain at 鲍鱼直播 Corporation. He has more than 25 years of manufacturing and operations management experience.

Currently, he is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of 鲍鱼直播's global supply chain, including manufacturing, sourcing and operations, as well as leadership of the 23,000 associates working across 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 supply chain worldwide.

Prior to his current role, Cameron served as 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Vice President, Supply Chain 鈥� Global Product Supply, with responsibility for the direct and indirect procurement of all materials and the manufacturing of all products for 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 diverse portfolio of brands.

Cameron began his 鲍鱼直播 career in 1989. Over the following 20 years, he held multiple manufacturing and operations management roles within 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Intimates Apparel business. He continued with the Intimates Apparel business through its divestiture by 鲍鱼直播 to Fruit of the Loom, a division of Berkshire Hathaway, holding a series of supply chain leadership roles with increasing responsibility, including serving as Senior Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing. Cameron returned to 鲍鱼直播 in 2016 and has since played a vital role in the company鈥檚 global supply chain organization.

Cameron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of West Florida.

Martino Scabbia Guerrini

Executive Vice President and President, Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and Emerging Brands

Martino Scabbia Guerrini is Executive Vice President and President of the EMEA Region, and Emerging Brands at 鲍鱼直播 Corporation. He has 30 years of experience in the lifestyle apparel and fashion industries.

In his current role, Martino is responsible for overseeing 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 business operations in the EMEA Region, as well as 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Emerging Brands platform and strategy on a global basis, which includes oversight of the Altra庐, Eastpak庐, icebreaker庐, JanSport庐, Kipling庐, Napapijiri庐, and Smartwool庐 brands.

His 鲍鱼直播 career began in 2006 when he joined the company as President of the Sportswear coalition in EMEA, overseeing the Napapijri, Kipling and 狈补耻迟颈肠补庐 brands. Over time he expanded the scope of his responsibilities, adding oversight of the Eastpak brand in 2008, 7 for All Mankind庐 in 2009, and the 尝别别庐 and 奥谤补苍驳濒别谤庐 brands in 2013. He also was responsible for the 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Sportswear, Jeanswear and Contemporary brands in the EMEA region until April 2017 when he was appointed President, 鲍鱼直播 Corporation, EMEA.

Prior to 鲍鱼直播, Martino was Board Advisor at Opera SA Equity Fund, and for many years he held several executive-level roles at Tod鈥檚 Group and Stone Island. He began his career at Virgin Group. Committed to mentoring and teaching younger generations, for the last 10 years he has given lectures in the postgraduate programs at Domus Academy Milan (Fashion), Polytechnic University of Milan (Industrial Design) and Luiss University of Rome (Economics).

Martino holds a master鈥檚 degree in Economics and Political Science from the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, Italy, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Winnie Ma

Group President, APAC Region

Winnie Ma is President of Asia Pacific at 鲍鱼直播 Corporation. She is responsible for driving the overall business strategy and development for the Asia Pacific region and leading the company to achieve sustainable long-term development across APAC.

Winnie has more than 23 years of management and hands-on experience and is able to share her insights and expertise in consumer consumption, brand strategy, and digital transformation. As President of Asia Pacific, Winnie drives the efficient implementation of the company's 鈥淒istort to Asia鈥� strategy and leads 鲍鱼直播 with the purpose of 鈥減owering movements of sustainable and active lifestyles for the betterment of people and the planet.鈥�

Winnie first joined 鲍鱼直播 in August 2020 as President, Greater China and was promoted to President, Greater China & Southeast Asia in April 2021. Since she joined the company, Winnie has successfully accelerated the business鈥� 鈥渃onsumer-minded, retail-centric and hyper-digital鈥� transformation strategy and continued to bolster growth in a fast-paced, digitally driven marketplace. In March 2022, Winnie was appointed President of Asia Pacific at 鲍鱼直播 Corporation.

Prior to joining 鲍鱼直播, Winnie has held several leadership roles in multinational companies. She was Vice President of Beauty & Personal Care at Unilever North Asia and was responsible for enhancing the core brands鈥� business and boosting their digital transformation strategy. Prior to that, Winnie held various branding, sales, and marketing roles for brands including Mars China and The Coca Cola Company.

Winnie, who is currently based in Shanghai, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nankai University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.

Kevin Bailey

Global Brand President, Vans庐

Kevin Bailey is Global Brand President of Vans^庐 and has more than 25 years of brand leadership and retail experience, 13 of which have been with 鲍鱼直播.  In this role, Kevin oversees the strategic direction of 痴补苍蝉鈥� global business, while also enabling regional teams to deliver local strategies to drive continued worldwide growth.

Most recently, Kevin served as Executive Vice President and President, APAC Region and Emerging Brands at 鲍鱼直播 Corporation. He was responsible for leading 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Asia-Pacific regional platform, which included the ongoing development and management of capabilities that enable the success of all 鲍鱼直播 brands operating in APAC. He also oversaw 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Emerging Brands platform, and was responsible for the Altra^庐, Eagle Creek^庐, JanSport^庐 and Smartwool^庐 brands on a global basis.

Prior to this role, Kevin served as President of 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Action Sports and Outdoor/Action Sports, Canada, Mexico and Central/South America businesses, and he held responsibility for the Vans, Eagle Creek and Reef^庐 brands. In addition, he also served as President of Vans from 2009 to 2016, during which time revenue for the brand more than doubled to $2.2 billion. Kevin started his 鲍鱼直播 career at Vans as Vice President of Retail, a role he was in when Vans was acquired by 鲍鱼直播 in 2004.

He has held a number of leadership roles throughout his career. Kevin was Executive Vice President of Lucky Brand, a division of Fifth and Pacific, and served as Director of Retail Operations for Nike, where he was responsible for overseeing Nike鈥檚 direct-to-consumer businesses. Earlier in his career, Kevin held various retail operations and marketing roles with Early Learning Centres, Banana Republic and American Eagle Outfitters.

Kevin attended the University of Vermont and Rutgers University.

Nicole Otto

Global Brand President, The North Face

Nicole Otto is Global Brand President of The North Face庐. She is responsible for driving the growth of The North Face庐 brand globally by setting the strategy for the brand across all aspects of the business. 

Nicole joined 鲍鱼直播 in June 2022 following a 16-year career at Nike where she most recently served as Vice President of Nike Direct North America from 2018 through May 2021. In this role, Nicole oversaw Nike鈥檚 digital experiences and full fleet of inline and factory stores throughout the North America region. She was responsible for integrating the company鈥檚 physical and digital retail ecosystem to deliver online-to-offline services and experiences that forge deep connections with consumers. Under her leadership, Nike launched new flagship and Nike Live experiences in New York City and Los Angeles and began its expansion of owned retail across the U.S.

Before joining Nike鈥檚 North America team, Nicole held several regional and global leadership roles within the company鈥檚 digital business. She served as Vice President & General Manager of Digital Commerce in EMEA, during which time she led the launch of the Nike app and the SNKRS app. She previously served as Vice President & General Manager of Nike.com Global Store, Vice President of Global Digital Commerce Operations, and Vice President of Consumer Digital Tech. Nicole began her career at Nike in 2005 after working in Information Technology at Charles Schwab in San Francisco.

Nicole earned an MBA from St. Mary鈥檚 College of California and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Iowa.

Lance Meller

Global Brand President, Dickies

Lance Meller is Global Brand President of Dickies. He is responsible for accelerating growth by implementing a marketplace segmentation strategy, leading Dickies鈥� digital transformation, and building a consumer-minded organization.

Most recently, Lance was VP GM of Dickies America鈥檚. In this role, he built the regional team and culture that led to the brand鈥檚 largest and most profitable year in Dickies 100-year history. He established operational and sales processes to execute a marketplace segmentation strategy that enabled accelerated growth.

Lance joined 鲍鱼直播 Corporation in February 2019 from Traeger Pellet Grills, where he served as VP of International Business Development for 5 years. Lance developed and implemented a marketplace segmentation strategy and expanded Traeger鈥檚 presence into 38 countries and markets. He also helped establish a culture that enabled Traeger to be voted as best company to work for in 2016 and 2017. Lance was part of the team that quadrupled revenue and EBITDA, leading to a $1B recapitalization for Traeger.

Prior to Traeger, Lance founded DECKED a truck bed storage solution targeted at mobile professionals and outdoor enthusiasts. After building the business and brand, he hired a team to help expand distribution, develop a community of product enthusiasts, and launch promotional and marketing activations. This effort led to rapid growth and the DECKED product received a SEMA Innovation of the year award. Before founding DECKED, Lance helped build high-growth teams for many respected consumer brands such as K2 and Skullcandy.

Originally from South Africa, Lance lived in Australia and Japan before moving to the United States to attend Franklin & Marshall College.

Susie Mulder

Global Brand President, Timberland

Susie Mulder is Global Brand President of 罢颈尘产别谤濒补苍诲庐. She is responsible for driving the brand鈥檚 core strategic priorities related to product diversification across footwear and apparel, and a consumer-led, retail-centric, digital-first approach.

Susie joined 鲍鱼直播 Corporation in April 2021 from clothing brand NIC+ZOE where she served as CEO for nine years. During her tenure as CEO, Susie guided NIC+ZOE鈥檚 continued revenue growth through expansion into new points of distribution in the U.S. and internationally and launched the brand鈥檚 direct-to-consumer efforts via e-commerce and its owned stores.

Before serving as CEO of NIC+ZOE, Susie was a partner at global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company where she was a leader in the global retail and consumer goods practice for 15 years.

Susie has deep experience in corporate boardrooms. She is a Board Member at the Kraft Heinz Company where she serves on the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees. She also previously served as a Board Member of Sally Beauty Holdings and a member of the Philanthropic Board of Advisors for the Boston Children鈥檚 Hospital.

Originally from Montr茅al, Canada, Susie is a graduate of McGill University鈥檚 Faculty of Management where she was a University Scholar. She also holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Matt Puckett

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Matt Puckett is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for 鲍鱼直播 Corporation. He has 20 years of finance experience at 鲍鱼直播. He was appointed CFO in 2021.

As a principal architect of the company鈥檚 financial strategy for delivering sustainable, profitable growth for its shareholders, Matt oversees: Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Corporate Aviation. 

Matt joined 鲍鱼直播 in 2001 as a Senior Accountant in the Finance organization. Throughout the following decade, he held a series of finance roles with increasing responsibility, including as CFO of 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Sportswear Coalition, which comprised the Nautica^庐 and Kipling^庐 brands.

Immediately following 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 2011 acquisition of the Timberland^庐 brand, Matt was appointed CFO of Timberland^庐 and helped to guide the brand鈥檚 successful integration into 鲍鱼直播. In 2015, he was named CFO of 鲍鱼直播 International, a role that took Matt to 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 European headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland, where he was responsible for all aspects of financial management, including strategic planning, annual budgeting and forecasting, and reporting and analysis for 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 international businesses across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. Matt returned to the U.S. in 2019 and served as Vice President, Global Financial Planning and Analysis, before being appointed CFO.   

Prior to joining 鲍鱼直播, Matt held finance roles for companies in the furniture industry. 

Matt earned a degree in accounting from the University of Virginia at Wise where he graduated magna cum laude.
