GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 鲍鱼直播 Corporation (NYSE: 鲍鱼直播C), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories, today announced that Joe Alkire has been named Vice President, Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis, effective immediately. He will report to Scott Roe, 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to this appointment, Alkire was Vice President, Corporate Finance, primarily focused in the areas of financial planning & analysis and strategic planning, with significant involvement in mergers & acquisitions, treasury and investor relations activities. He joined 鲍鱼直播 in 2010 and has held a series of roles with increasing responsibility in the corporate finance department.

Before joining 鲍鱼直播, Alkire worked at William Blair & Company where he was a sell-side analyst, focused on the services sector. He also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in transaction services and merger & acquisition advising focused on the real estate industry. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and received his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2005.

Alkire replaces Lance Allega, 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 former Vice President of Investor Relations & Strategic Accounts, who left the company to pursue another career opportunity.
