Puckett succeeds Scott Roe who will retire from 鲍鱼直播 after 25 years

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 鲍鱼直播 Corporation (NYSE: 鲍鱼直播C), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear, and accessories, today announced that it has appointed Matt Puckett to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He will report to 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 CEO, Steve Rendle, and serve on the company鈥檚 Executive Leadership Team.

Puckett, 47, recently marked his 20th anniversary with 鲍鱼直播. He joined the company in 2001 as a Senior Accountant in the finance organization. In the following years Puckett held a series of finance roles with increasing responsibility, including being appointed in 2009 as CFO of 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Sportswear Coalition, which comprised the Nautica^庐 and Kipling^庐 brands.

Immediately following 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 2011 acquisition of the Timberland^庐 brand, Puckett was appointed CFO of Timberland^庐 and was integral in helping to guide the brand鈥檚 successful integration into 鲍鱼直播. In 2015, he was named CFO of 鲍鱼直播 International, a role that took him to 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 European headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland, where he was responsible for all aspects of financial management for 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 business across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. Puckett returned to the U.S. in 2019 and has been serving as 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 Vice President, Global Financial Planning & Analysis.

Puckett succeeds Scott Roe who announced his retirement from 鲍鱼直播 to pursue other opportunities. Roe spent 25 years with 鲍鱼直播, the last six of which were in the CFO position.

Roe will remain with 鲍鱼直播 through the end of May to close out the company鈥檚 fiscal year 2021. Puckett will assume the CFO position upon Roe鈥檚 departure from 鲍鱼直播.
