鲍鱼直播 Corporation Announces Veronica Wu Has Stepped Down From Its Board of Directors
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 鲍鱼直播 Corporation (NYSE: 鲍鱼直播C), today announced that Veronica Wu has informed 鲍鱼直播 of her decision to step down from the company鈥檚 Board of Directors, effective immediately. Ms. Wu鈥檚 decision to step down from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with 鲍鱼直播 on any matter relating to 鲍鱼直播鈥檚 operations, policies or practices.
Wu was appointed to the 鲍鱼直播 Board of Directors in March of 2019.
In connection with Wu鈥檚 stepping down, the size of the 鲍鱼直播 Board will be reduced from 12 members to 11 members until a new director is identified.
